Ruth Malan, correspondent for the Standard-Examiner, did a story on my cookbook http://www.hersutah.com/story/homemade-soup-without-hassle.

It was nice to have Ruth come over and interview me while I made Harvest Pumpkin Soup with Cheddar.

Luckily, Ruth's interview took place a few hours before her daughter's newborn twins were released from the hospital. I think things got pretty hectic after that!

Since people are asking what events I'll going to be participating in, here's the list so far:

Oct. 3: As of a few minutes ago, I may be doing a segment on Good Things Utah. I'll know more tomorrow!

Vendor booths will be offering specials and samples, and it should be a really fun time (at least, I think I'll have fun once my class is finished!) . Tickets are $16 at http://www.eventbrite.com/event/2101292021 I will be giving away some free tix to the Really Big Cooking Show on upcoming posts.
